Regional Sales Director (Medical Information): 5 positions

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the sales of IntelliDex's software application services to hospital pharmacies, pharmaceutical and academic research organizations and specialty physicians in a specified region or major geographical area. The account executive sells IntelliDex's services using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers who require an easy-to-use very precise and visually cued drug information retrieval system capable of summarizing documents at 50,000 words/second. In addition, the position provides input and participates in the marketing, market planning and technical development of the company's application services.
Duties include (1) identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities, (2) presenting to executives and preparing formal proposals, (3) leading negotiations, (4) coordinating complex decision making process, and (5) overcoming objectives to closure. The account executive needs to possess and maintain a strong knowledge of the medical information business and internet technology and provide accurate sales forecast and reports to management in a timely and consistent manner.
Position Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years professional selling experience in the online medical service related industry to
pharmacists, hospitals, academia, pharmaceutical researchers, GPOs or medical associations.
- Must have proven sales track record at early stage company with consistent exceeding corporate
objectives and revenue quotas for large territory hopefully within online medical service industry.
- Strong presentation, communication, organization and time management skills.
- Start-up sales experience for establishing new territorial accounts.
- Self driven, motivated and results oriented.
- Experience selling internet medical services is a plus. Familiarity with linguistics, AI, or data
visualization highly preferred.
Education Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from a four year college/university or outstanding sales track record in medical information services.
